The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. The free WiFi throughout the property was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature. I loved the terrace with a city view, it was like having my own little oasis in the bustling city. The private bathroom in the rooms was clean and well-maintained. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment options after a long day of exploring. The buffet or Asian breakfast offered by the accommodation was a great way to start the day. The hotel was conveniently located just a short drive away from the BTS - Phloen Chit.
Minor issue: Deposit refund delay.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful, they could speak English and Thai! It was like having my own personal interpreters. Breakfast was also delightful with a buffet that had both Asian and international options.
Oh, and who needs to visit the Temple of the Emerald Buddha when I can just stay at this hotel? Totally the same experience.

The view from the balcony was great, overlooking the canal. the room was spacious enough for our needs, and the staff was helpful, especially the lady who spoke English. It was also located not too far from the main road, making it easy to get around.
We were disappointed with the breakfast, which was too spicy for our taste. Plus, there was no cheese available, only margarine, and no spoons in the room, which was inconvenient.
